Ace Fitness Training (AFT) is me, Al Chambers. I offer professional personal training in York. If you want to improve your fitness levels, lose weight, increase self confidence or de-stress then I can help you.

To help you to achieve your personal goals I specialise in weight loss and fitness training using kettlebells, boxing, weights and old school conditioning combined with nutritional advice.. These training methods are proven to work for anybody, no matter what age, gender or fitness ability. Tailored programs allow you to concentrate on one area, or use a blend of all five. Sessions are brilliant for stress-busting, calorie burning and fitness! I use principles and techniques that have worked for decades and are refined for training today.
